The Junior Chamber International Zamboanga – La Bella (JCI Zamboanga La Bella for brevity) affiliated with the Junior Chamber International (JCI) Philippines is an all-female chapter of young civic active women of Zamboanga City.

This Chapter is known for its dedication to personal and leadership development and involvement to worthwhile projects and activities that include community service and care for the environment depicting the roles of catalysts for positive change, and advocating equality for all, regardless of gender preference.
